Shipping and Handling Charges
Customer is Responsible for all Shipping and Handling Charges! There is a minimum order of a $50.00 purchase, Due to packaging and handling.
We will need a contact phone number for all Residential Deliveries, send email with contact info to billingdept@safety4ucanada.com (Subject contact) also include you name.
Shipping and Handling Charges for the Yukon Territory
Due to delivery arrangements for this area and shipping to this area, there will be extra charges due to shipping arrangements between UPS and Purolater Courier Services. We have covered these extra costs but due to Our lost we have to charge extra for this service in this area and we do apoligize if this will cause an inconvience to you.
We will notify you about these costs before we proccess your orders and if not satisfied we will refund your money.
Product Warranty
All products listed on the Safety4uCanada Online Store are new factory sealed and retailed packaged with full manufacturer warranty.
Warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer.
There are No Returns on Food Products due to Health Regulations.
Safety4uCanada is not Responsible for any Manufacturer Warranty Claims or Repair Claims.
International Shipping Policy

There will be extra shipping charges for all International Shipments.
International shipments are all sent UPS AIR
Due to the high costs of shipping International, you will be notified by email of the extra costs and a request for the extra charges must be accepted for orders to be processed or your Pay-Pal payment will be refunded Less 30% Handling Fees.

Important Note on all Freight Delivery Items
Before signing for any trucking delivery, examine all items for signs of damage. If any damage is found, make certain the delivering agent notes the damage on the release form. Freight damage must be handled by the Customer directly with the delivering Carrier by either refusing obviously damaged packaging or by filing a damage claim directly with the delivering Carrier if concealed damage is discovered after opening the package.
Return Merchandise Policy
Emergency Supplies and Survival Kits
If you are not pleased with your order, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange, or replacement when you notify us within 7 days from time of delivery. The refund amount does not include shipping and handling charges. For a refund of the purchase price, items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers. In order to return your product, please contact us via email at: office@safety4ucanada.com to receive a Return Authorization Number ( R.A.N. ). All products that are accepted for return, which we will determine are not defective or restockable, will be charged a 20% per item restocking fee.
Important Note
Due to Health Department Regulations, forbids Us from accepting returns on all Food, MRE`s and Water items.

We have five manufactures that we use to make up our entire line of products. Depending on the contents of your order some products may be shipped separately. Please don`t be alarmed, as we will ensure that your complete order will arrive via UPS ground, all within a few business days of each other.
No extra charges for shipping will apply if orders are separate manufactures, Unless weight is a concern we will pay the extra shipping Cost (Not Weight Cost)

If your order weight is over a 100 lbs. or Over sized. Many of Our Emergency Disaster Kits, Food and Supplies are quite heavy, which may increase the shipping cost. Though this is very rare, you will be notified.
